About the role
ServiceNow is hiring an IC4 Staff Product Manager to lead the security strategy for Integration Security and the AI Gateway. You will manage the security foundation for machine-to-machine interactions and agentic AI workflows, ensuring that enterprise integrations and AI agents operate within a secure, governed framework.

What you'll do
- Develop the product roadmap for Integration Security and AI Gateway, balancing immediate customer needs with long-term platform goals.
- Architect governance for MCP server connections, covering risk classification, onboarding, credential mediation, and runtime access control using OAuth 2.1.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and documentation teams to bring features from initial concept to general availability.
- Conduct direct outreach with security architects, platform admins, and enterprise customers to validate solutions and gather requirements.
- Convert complex security mandates and zero-trust principles into actionable user stories and product specifications.
- Use customer telemetry, support data, and market shifts to prioritize product development.
- Align cross-functional groups including AI Control Tower, Platform Engineering, Workflow Data Fabric, and AI Studio.
- Act as the primary owner for the product area, managing risks and removing blockers across organizational lines.
- Represent the product in executive briefings, security working groups, and customer advisory sessions.
- Incorporate usability research and developer feedback to drive product adoption.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in API security, integration security, enterprise platform security, or Identity & Access Management.
- Technical proficiency in OAuth 2.0/2.1, mTLS, SOAP/REST web services, and credential management within SaaS environments.
- Practical understanding of agentic AI frameworks, LLM orchestration, A2A, and MCP, specifically regarding authentication and audit models at scale.
- Proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle from discovery to GA in agile environments.
- Ability to communicate technical security trade-offs to both executive leadership and engineering teams.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools to improve productivity in drafting, analysis, and discovery.
Nice to have
- Experience with zero-trust models, API gateway architectures, or service mesh security.
- Knowledge of compliance standards such as SOC 2, NIST, ISO 27001, or FedRAMP.
- Prior work with ServiceNow platform architecture, MID Server, or Integration Hub.
- Background in developer-facing or platform API products.
- Experience with AI agent security, such as prompt injection defenses or tool-calling security.
- Familiarity with hyperscaler AI platforms including GCP Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, or Azure OpenAI.
