Senior Pricing Manager

This position involves directing pricing and packaging strategies to support the expansion of the ServiceNow portfolio. You will influence monetization roadmaps for AI, HR, and Moveworks products while collaborating with internal teams to align financial goals with product development.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute monetization strategies for AI, Moveworks, and HR product lines.
• Perform market segmentation and provide packaging recommendations based on analytical modeling.
• Coordinate with product, sales, and operations departments to ensure pricing plans match the company roadmap.
• Monitor revenue KPIs and price realization to refine optimization plans.
• Identify growth opportunities through new pricing models, promotions, and market entry strategies.
• Manage executive stakeholders to gain consensus on pricing adjustments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in enterprise technology, specifically in sales strategy, business operations, pricing, or product strategy.
• 4+ years of direct experience in business strategy, GTM, or pricing strategy within a consulting or technology firm.
• Proficiency in SaaS business models and the ability to calculate the impact of monetization tradeoffs.
• Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions under pressure with limited data.
• Experience designing and executing pricing research, including A/B testing and conjoint analysis.
• Ability to identify user pain points and translate them into effective pricing solutions.
• Strong communication skills with a track record of securing executive buy-in.
