This advisory position focuses on establishing technical foundations and designing high-impact solutions for ServiceNow customers. You will guide internal teams, partners, and client stakeholders to ensure long-term platform success through expert governance and strategic architecture.

What you'll do

• Partner with executive leadership, platform owners, and enterprise architects to structure and implement solutions.
• Translate business objectives and technical requirements into comprehensive architectural blueprints.
• Oversee technical governance and delivery models to maintain platform health and minimize technical debt.
• Advise on instance strategy, core data management, and integration workflows.
• Assist the sales department by scoping engagements and estimating change orders.
• Build relationships with business leaders to align ServiceNow with their digital transformation goals.
• Contribute to the internal knowledge base regarding platform best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in a SaaS professional services environment or equivalent background.
• Proven management consulting experience.
• Background in enterprise architecture, cloud application technology, and large-scale program design.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and drive them to resolution.
• Industry domain expertise.
• Proficiency in both Norwegian and English, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Legal right to work in Norway.
