About the role
This role focuses on building conversational and GUI-based automation tools using Generative AI. You will work within a specialized team to deploy agentic solutions that solve complex enterprise problems for a wide range of users.

What you'll do
- Partner with conversational framework experts to utilize current AI capabilities.
- Design and build end-user features using Agentic AI methods to provide business value.
- Coordinate with product management, user experience, and go-to-market teams to define and validate project goals.
- Scale product reach across global markets while maintaining high engineering standards.
- Analyze system patterns and user feedback to improve the underlying Agentic AI framework.
- Grow into a technical leader capable of applying LLM technologies to strategic product initiatives.
Requirements
- BS or higher degree in computer science or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in scalable system development.
- Proven ability to lead engineers and manage end-to-end project delivery.
- Strong product intuition for building web or conversational interfaces.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Readiness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Practical notes
- Base pay: $176,100-308,200 annually, plus equity and variable compensation.
