Senior Manager, GTM Strategy & Process Optimization

About the role

This team serves as the bridge between GTM strategy and technical execution, designing the architecture that connects Marketing, GBA, and Sales. You will own end-to-end initiatives, managing everything from initial process design to system requirements and final adoption.

What you'll do

• Master the internal Marketing and Sales systems and workflows.
• Lead major GTM initiatives from the conceptual phase through to full operational adoption.
• Resolve ambiguous business challenges by facilitating working sessions to define current and future states.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for all process artifacts.
• Convert process designs into actionable business requirements and acceptance criteria for technical teams.
• Establish rules of engagement, SLAs, and handoff protocols between Marketing, GBA, and Sales.
• Coordinate with data, technical, and change management departments to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience within B2B Marketing.
• Proven history of optimizing processes across complex, cross-functional organizations.
• Experience leading projects that require significant change management.
• Ability to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and granular operational requirements.
• Capability to manage the full project lifecycle, from whiteboard brainstorming to technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Background in marketing operations or process management.

Skills & tools

• Proficiency in process documentation tools such as Miro or Lucidchart.
• Experience writing business requirements and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Practical notes

• Base salary range is $139,900 to $244,800, plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
