About the role
This role focuses on the Agent Studio platform, where you will define how developers build and connect AI agents to our enterprise assistant. You will bridge the gap between complex machine learning research and practical, high-impact developer tools.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage the full product lifecycle for Agent Studio, from initial concept through launch and iterative improvement.
- Draft detailed product specifications that define problems, objectives, and success metrics for engineering and design teams.
- Lead the design of developer interfaces and core agent platform technologies.
- Analyze developer platforms to establish internal benchmarks for quality and functionality.
- Collaborate with machine learning and platform engineers to translate research into product strategy.
- Grow the developer ecosystem by managing community initiatives and hackathons.
- Use product usage data to inform roadmap decisions and solve complex technical challenges.
- Partner with deployment teams to ensure customers achieve value quickly.
- Engage with CIOs and IT managers at Fortune 500 companies to facilitate business decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of total professional experience.
- One of the following backgrounds: 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager launching SaaS products; former software company founder with technical and business experience; or 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager at a product-led growth company.
- Strong writing skills for technical concepts and product planning.
- Deep familiarity with APIs, authentication, and enterprise-grade third-party integrations.
- Ability to manage and prioritize inputs from multiple stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering on product goals and scaling software.

- Experience building developer-facing AI products or working with developer toolkits.

Practical notes
- Base salary range: $221,200 - $387,100, plus equity and variable compensation.
