GTM Business Process Optimization Manager

About the role

This position supports the GTM Strategy and Process team by managing the delivery of high-priority initiatives. You will act as the bridge between strategic design and technical execution, ensuring that complex business processes are documented, structured, and ready for implementation.

What you'll do

• Create structured process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures to ensure designs are reusable and clear.
• Write business requirements documents, including acceptance criteria, for technical and systems teams.
• Use AI tools to automate documentation tasks and standardize internal workflows.
• Manage project timelines, track dependencies, and maintain alignment across cross-functional partners.
• Oversee user acceptance testing and prepare documentation for new launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, business operations, or process improvement.
• Proven ability to map and document end-to-end workflows.
• Experience drafting business requirements documents for technical teams.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate process work and reduce manual tasks.
• Background in project coordination across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new environments.

Skills & tools

• Process mapping and diagramming software such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.

Practical notes

• Base salary range is $114,200 to $199,900, plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
