About the role
This position supports the GTM Strategy and Process team by managing the delivery of high-priority initiatives. You will act as the bridge between strategic design and technical execution, ensuring that complex business processes are documented, structured, and ready for implementation.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Create structured process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures to ensure designs are reusable and clear.
- Write business requirements documents, including acceptance criteria, for technical and systems teams.
- Use AI tools to automate documentation tasks and standardize internal workflows.
- Manage project timelines, track dependencies, and maintain alignment across cross-functional partners.
- Oversee user acceptance testing and prepare documentation for new launches.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, business operations, or process improvement.
- Proven ability to map and document end-to-end workflows.
- Experience drafting business requirements documents for technical teams.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate process work and reduce manual tasks.
- Background in project coordination across multiple workstreams.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new environments.
Skills & tools
- Process mapping and diagramming software such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.
Practical notes
- Base salary range is $114,200 to $199,900, plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
