About the role

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced professional to lead high-level talent acquisition for our Go-To-Market and corporate divisions. You will act as a strategic advisor to leadership while managing the full lifecycle of searches for Senior Director, VP, SVP, and C-suite positions.

What you'll do

• Manage executive search processes for Sales, Customer Success, and various corporate departments.
• Create and implement talent acquisition strategies for leadership roles from Senior Director to C-level.
• Collaborate with sourcers and coordinators to maintain high-touch, efficient search operations.
• Develop pipelines through market mapping, competitive intelligence, and direct networking.
• Evaluate candidates for leadership capability, strategic alignment, and cultural fit.
• Provide market data, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategy updates to senior executives.
• Coordinate with HRBPs, legal, and compensation teams to ensure a professional candidate experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of executive search experience, ideally combining agency and in-house roles.
• Proven track record of placing talent at the Senior Director, VP, SVP, and C-suite levels.
• Significant background in recruiting for Go-To-Market functions such as Sales and Customer Success.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex, high-visibility hiring projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in passive candidate engagement and executive-level assessment.
• Knowledge of industry landscapes, competitor talent pools, and professional networking.

Skills & tools

• Proficiency in using AI tools for recruiting, market research, and data synthesis.
• Advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search and direct market research.
