ServiceNow is seeking a leader for the Automated Testing Framework platform team to shape the future of intelligent testing tools. This position involves guiding the development of AI-native solutions that help enterprise clients manage, execute, and scale their testing operations.

What you'll do

• Direct multiple product teams to deliver secure, scalable software.
• Mentor engineers and manage career growth while providing technical guidance.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define goals and priorities.
• Standardize automation frameworks and engineering strategies across the organization.
• Integrate AI and machine learning into development workflows to improve product performance.
• Resolve complex technical and organizational challenges that span multiple product lines.
• Oversee resource allocation, staffing, and long-term succession planning.
• Provide direct field support to customers to address technical requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical management role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Proven track record of managing large, distributed teams through complex projects.
• Deep expertise in enterprise software architecture and test engineering methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, cloud platforms, and automation tools.
• Ability to manage projects involving material technical risk.
• Familiarity with open-source tools and agile development environments.
• Experience integrating AI into decision-making or problem-solving processes.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI productivity tools such as Cursor or Windsurf.
