Senior Director, Product Innovation

ServiceNow is seeking a leader to establish a new engagement model focused on Core Business Workflows. You will bridge the gap between product strategy and customer transformation by building a team dedicated to rapid prototyping, AI-driven solutions, and measurable business outcomes.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute a commercialization strategy to accelerate the adoption of AI and strategic product investments.
• Recruit and manage a team of product and AI specialists to identify customer needs and build high-value solutions.
• Lead innovation workshops, rapid prototyping, and structured proofs of value to drive customer transformation.
• Create a Business Value Assessment framework to track outcomes, customer baselines, and executive business cases.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Research, and Product Success to translate customer feedback into product roadmap improvements.
• Represent the Core Business Workflows organization in executive briefings and industry forums.
• Define success metrics for adoption, influenced revenue, and proof-of-concept results.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Customer Transformation, or enterprise software leadership.
• 5+ years of experience leading high-performing, customer-facing or product-focused teams.
• Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to design and execute customer innovation programs or product commercialization efforts.
• Deep understanding of enterprise workflow platforms and modern business process technology.
• Experience applying AI, GenAI, or intelligent automation to solve customer problems.
• Demonstrated success in influencing product roadmap strategy through cross-functional partnership.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Practical notes

• Base salary range: $229,100 - $400,900.
• Compensation includes equity, variable incentive pay, health plans, 401(k) with company match, ESPP, matching donations, flexible time away, and family leave.
