About the role
This leadership role directs the architectural strategy and customer advisory efforts for a portfolio of VLE and LE accounts. You will manage teams of Platform Architects and Senior Managers to deliver AI-driven transformation and enterprise-scale outcomes.

What you'll do
- Lead and mentor teams of Platform Architects and Senior Managers, focusing on hiring, career development, and talent strategy.
- Act as a senior advisor to C-suite leaders, including CIOs and CTOs, to define digital transformation roadmaps and AI-enabled strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Partner ecosystems to ensure successful platform adoption and value realization.
- Manage resource allocation and project staffing across major industry areas to meet business growth and customer requirements.
- Drive the adoption of scalable architecture, data governance, and GenAI patterns within customer organizations.
Requirements
- 7 to 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture leadership, digital transformation, or consulting.
- Demonstrated success in coaching senior-level talent and managing multi-layered technical teams.
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders and enterprise strategy teams.
- Deep knowledge of automation, AI, data, and modern technology trends.
- Experience developing enterprise operating models and large-scale transformation programs.
- Proven ecosystem leadership involving Big 4, GSIs, SIs, and strategic partners.
- Expertise in ServiceNow platform strategy and product suites.

Practical notes
- Base salary range is $173,200 to $270,000, plus equity, variable incentives, and benefits.
- Total compensation is determined by qualifications, skills, and location.
