Staff DevOps Engineer

About the role

This role focuses on building and maintaining infrastructure for CPQ products while supporting US Federal customers. You will work within a team dedicated to resilient architecture and automated systems to ensure the reliability of AI-driven microservices.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Architect and maintain infrastructure to support CPQ product lifecycles.
• Develop and test software using Python.
• Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Manage multicloud environments across GCP, Azure, and AWS.
• Oversee the deployment and monitoring of CPQ microservices.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate intelligent services.
• Perform PostgreSQL database management including schema design and query optimization.
• Mentor team members and contribute to product feature design.

Requirements

• 6+ years of DevOps engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Experience with SDLC, automation, and CI/CD using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with AI/ML microservice integration.
• Ability to integrate AI into engineering workflows and quality processes.
• Must be a US citizen, naturalized citizen, or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder).
• Must pass USFedPASS screening, including credit, criminal, and drug testing.
• Experience with Azure Government Community Cloud (GCC) and FedRAMP or regulated government cloud standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI productivity tools such as Cursor or Windsurf.
• Experience with regulated markets on Azure.

Practical notes

• Base salary range: $131,600 - $230,300.
• Compensation includes equity, incentive pay, health plans, 401(k) match, ESPP, and family leave.
