Business Development Representative

About the role

ServiceNow is looking for a Business Development Representative to build early-stage pipeline by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities. You will master outreach techniques and product knowledge to engage potential customers and transition qualified leads to our go-to-market teams.

What you'll do

• Reach out to prospective clients via social media, email, and phone using approved messaging.
• Assess client needs and determine next steps using established qualification standards.
• Collaborate with the GBA management, development, and go-to-market teams.
• Share brand-approved content with prospects to create personalized experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up tasks in internal systems.
• Engage in training simulations, in-person competitions, and meet performance metrics.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese, both written and verbal.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience or demonstrated ability to integrate AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Ability to learn and apply standard outreach and qualification methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation and follow-up.
• Willingness to learn AI-native tools to improve daily tasks and prioritization.
• Basic understanding of SaaS and cloud computing concepts, or the ability to learn them quickly.
• Commitment to participating in GBA development tracks for up to 48 months.
