About the role

You will serve as a technical expert within the BFSI sales division, driving revenue through strategic product positioning and delivery. This role involves close collaboration with product management, executive leadership, and sales teams to address complex client challenges.

What you'll do

• Lead discovery sessions to identify customer pain points and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, channel partners, and internal stakeholders regarding product features.
• Provide actionable insights to the product management team to influence future enhancements.
• Manage territory operations, including pipeline development and execution strategy.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives, including trade shows, executive briefings, and user groups.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with peers to develop and share reusable assets and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering specifically within the BFSI sector.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving processes.
• Technical proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or comparable cloud-based software.
• Proven track record of working across cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and professional services.
• Ability to travel as required by business needs.
