Sr Advisory Solution Consultant, Core Business Solutions/HR Solutions at ServiceNow.
About the role
You will serve as the primary subject matter expert for ServiceNow Core Business Solutions across the Korean market, focusing on HR Service Delivery, Health and Safety, Workplace Service Delivery, and Legal Service Delivery. This role involves guiding local enterprises through the modernization of employee workflows and the integration of our platform with existing ERP and legacy systems.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Identify and qualify business needs regarding HR transformation, employee service delivery, and ERP integration.
- Conduct product demonstrations tailored to specific customer requirements and integration goals.
- Address functional and technical inquiries from internal teams, partners, and clients.
- Manage RFI and RFP responses while leading proof-of-concept projects.
- Engage with IT leaders, CHROs, and HR Directors to build long-term relationships.
- Provide guidance on local compliance, including workplace safety, data protection, and labor laws.
- Partner with Sales and implementation teams to drive customer success.
- Mentor local Solution Consultants on best practices and platform capabilities.
- Share product feedback to influence future development for the Korean market.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 plus years of experience in presales or solution consulting for HCM, ERP, or HR transformation initiatives.
- Background in HR process redesign, service center operations, or HR Service Delivery.
- Proficiency in both Korean and English for written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated ability to manage structured enterprise buying cycles and deliver high-quality presentations.
- Capacity to quickly master new technologies and understand local regulatory environments.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically regarding data governance, workflow design, and integrations.
- Familiarity with middleware or ERP system integrations.
- Knowledge of PIPA, Korean labor laws, and workplace regulations.
- Experience working with multinational companies or large Korean enterprises.
- SaaS background.
