Advisory Solution Consultant, VW

About the role

You will join the Solution Consulting team to drive revenue growth for the VW product line. This role requires a technical expert who can bridge the gap between complex product capabilities and specific customer business challenges during the sales process.

What you'll do

• Act as a technical and domain authority to support sales cycles for a client-facing team.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify customer pain points and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
• Address technical inquiries from partners, clients, and internal colleagues.
• Communicate customer requirements and enhancement requests back to the product management team.
• Collaborate with peers to build and distribute reusable assets and best practices.
• Monitor market trends and competitive positioning.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and executive briefings.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in sales engineering or pre-sales solution consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI into workflows, problem-solving, or decision-making processes.
• Technical proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or similar cloud-based software solutions.
• Proven experience managing territories, including pipeline development and sales execution.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional groups such as professional services, product marketing, and partners.
• Availability for travel as required by the business.
