ServiceNow is seeking an Advisory Solution Consultant to drive sales within the State and Local sector. You will act as a technical authority, collaborating with sales, product, and executive teams to position our solutions and meet revenue targets.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary technical and domain expert for a client-facing sales team.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify customer pain points and deliver product demonstrations.
• Address technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and internal staff.
• Channel customer feedback to the product management team to influence future enhancements.
• Develop and share reusable assets and best practices with the broader consulting group.
• Monitor market trends and competitive positioning.
• Participate in industry conferences, executive briefings, and trade shows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Technical proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or comparable cloud software.
• Experience managing a territory, including building pipelines and executing sales strategies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product marketing, professional services, and partners.
• Availability for travel as required by the role.

Practical notes

• Base salary range: $149,175 - $246,150.
• Compensation includes equity, variable/incentive pay, and OTE structure.
