About the role
In this position, you will focus on enhancing Large Language Models (LLMs), utilizing reinforcement learning methods, and creating multi-agent systems. Your contributions will also involve using Generative AI for effective data retrieval and visualization, enabling insights driven by natural language and supporting informed decision-making.

What you'll do
- Develop and implement AI agents and tools for workflow automation.
- Design and execute reinforcement learning algorithms and multi-agent systems to address intricate business problems.
- Create Generative AI solutions for efficient data retrieval and visualization.
- Collaborate with teams across Data Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure to ensure secure and efficient AI deployments.
- Stay informed about advancements in AI research and apply best practices to create innovative solutions aligned with business needs.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in AI/ML development.
- Practical experience in fine-tuning LLMs, reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, and generative AI applications.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with contemporary AI frameworks and cloud services, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Experience in operationalizing AI models using MLOps methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert complex technical information into practical insights.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities for effective collaboration in cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms beyond Microsoft Azure.
