AI Project Manager (Fixed-term contract)

About the role

Sertis is seeking an AI Project Manager to lead the internal deployment of a conversational, agentic AI solution. This hands-on contract position focuses on driving organizational adoption by bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end rollout plan, timeline, and delivery of a conversational, agentic AI project.
• Work directly with the product owner and technical team as an embedded delivery partner.
• Assess and coordinate engagement across a diverse landscape of stakeholders, functions, and markets.
• Facilitate discovery workshops to categorize and prioritize use cases based on market and division requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and manage expectations for both sides.
• Develop training materials, communication assets, and enablement plans to drive user adoption.
• Oversee L1 support, feedback loops, and adoption metrics to prioritize system improvements.
• Administer system access control and governance as the product scales.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and organizational resistance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project or change management, specifically regarding enterprise technology or product rollouts.
• Direct experience driving adoption for AI or GenAI solutions within complex organizations.
• Proven ability to align stakeholders across various seniority levels and functional areas.
• Strong capabilities in business analysis, facilitation, documentation, and training.
• Proficiency in change management methodologies combined with delivery management.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be eligible to work in Thailand (open to foreign nationals currently based in Thailand).

Nice to have

• Working proficiency in Thai.
• Experience within the retail or luxury retail sectors.
