Blockchain, Data Analytics
Job description
About the role
You will own the design and execution of data products that map the on-chain economy, translating raw blockchain activity into strategic narratives for clients across digital assets and venture capital. You will partner directly with builders and founders to define key growth metrics and construct experiments that validate market hypotheses using statistical modeling and causal inference. This role requires you to build and maintain the scalable infrastructure that powers our analytics, ensuring data reliability, pipeline efficiency, and system observability from collection to dashboard. You will lead the development of our central data platform, the Serotonin Platform, integrating diverse data sources and enabling self-service access for internal stakeholders. You will mentor junior analysts and data engineers by example, setting standards for code quality, documentation, and reproducibility in a fast-paced environment. Your work will directly inform go-to-market decisions for over 300 clients, linking technical insights to business outcomes in consumer tech, crypto infrastructure, and AI sectors. You will own the full lifecycle of data projects, from initial discovery and requirements gathering through deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvement. This is a hybrid role for someone who thrives on the intersection of data science and software engineering, balancing deep analysis with the craft of building robust data products.
