Senior Technical Program Manager

About the role

Sentry is looking for a leader to manage the release lifecycle from development to customer delivery. You will design the frameworks and operating models that ensure product launches are coordinated, intentional, and successful across the entire organization.

What you'll do

• Create and implement the standard for product launches, including playbooks, decision frameworks, and release rituals.
• Manage the strategy for feature flags, beta cohorts, and staged rollouts to ensure optimal customer access.
• Coordinate readiness across Engineering, Product, Legal, Marketing, GTM, and Sales teams to prevent gaps in the release process.
• Develop reporting tools and dashboards to provide stakeholders with clear, high-signal updates on launch status.
• Analyze release performance through retrospectives and metrics to refine and improve future launch operations.

Requirements

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management within a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of building and implementing new processes or operational frameworks from the ground up.
• Ability to drive consensus and decision-making across diverse departments without relying on direct authority.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to measure process health and adoption.
• Exceptional written communication skills for producing clear documentation, launch briefs, and escalation plans.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional dependencies and competing priorities.
