About the role
Seal Dynamics is seeking a dedicated professional to manage product lines within our Military and Government division. You will serve as the primary connection between our strategic manufacturing partners and the military end-users we support, ensuring operational and financial goals are met.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for specific product lines to assist sales staff and clients.
- Manage the full lifecycle of DLA solicitations, covering sourcing, pricing, and contract submittals.
- Coordinate Foreign Military Sales solicitations alongside global program managers.
- Develop and track SAR packages and identify new business prospects.
- Create and present monthly sales reports and Quarterly Business Reviews to leadership and partners.
- Set pricing strategies and manage long-term fixed-price agreements to optimize gross profit.
- Monitor annual sales forecasts and maintain inventory levels in coordination with the supply chain team.
- Handle front-end sourcing, quote generation, and order processing.
- Maintain the military fleet product matrix and assist with new account development.
Requirements
- Ability to work on-site at our Hauppauge, NY facility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Professionalism and ethical conduct in all business dealings.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of pricing models, mark-ups, and gross profit calculations.
Nice to have
- Bachelor degree in business.
- Prior experience within the Aerospace and Defense sectors.
- Previous work history involving U.S. Government contracts.
