Associate Product Manager, Gov't & Military

Seal Dynamics is seeking a dedicated professional to manage product lines within our Government and Military division. You will serve as the primary connection between our strategic manufacturing partners and our military clients, ensuring operational and financial goals are met.

What you'll do

• Act as the primary technical resource for specific product lines to assist sales staff and external clients.
• Maintain consistent communication with key contacts at our strategic partner organizations.
• Create and deliver monthly sales updates and Quarterly Business Reviews for leadership and partners.
• Manage the full lifecycle of DLA solicitations, including sourcing, pricing, and contract submittals.
• Analyze sales gaps by platform and end-user to drive growth alongside the global sales team.
• Handle Foreign Military Sales solicitations in coordination with international program managers.
• Track new business leads and assemble Source Approval Request packages.
• Determine pricing for long-term agreements and fixed-price contracts to optimize profit margins.
• Build and track annual sales forecasts and monitor performance against margin targets.
• Collaborate with the supply chain department to maintain appropriate inventory levels.

Requirements

• Ability to work on-site at the Hauppauge, NY office.
• Experience managing solicitation processes and government contracting requirements.
• Capability to analyze financial data and develop accurate sales forecasts.
• Proficiency in building professional relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
