What you'll do

• Research and identify potential candidates throughout Europe and CIS regions.
• Create comprehensive sourcing strategies and track progress for each open role.
• Compile detailed lists of qualified candidate profiles for assigned positions.
• Manage and update candidate pools for roles managed by recruiters.
• Analyze talent availability and concentrations within specific job markets.
• Collaborate with recruiters to refine search parameters and understand role needs.
• Share regular updates on candidate pipelines, obstacles, and market intelligence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a recruitment sourcer, preferably within European or CIS markets, with a focus on gaming or technical roles.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, including its project features, filters, and advanced search capabilities.
• Proven ability to consistently deliver a high volume of quality candidate profiles.
• English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher for effective internal communication.
• Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate ideas and progress.
• Familiarity with current sourcing methodologies and research tools.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of additional languages spoken in CIS countries.

Practical notes

• This is a remote contract role.
