Join the team behind the popular WWE Champions RPG puzzle game to manage production operations and feature delivery. You will work directly with the Executive Producer to maintain a sustainable live service while guiding cross-functional teams through complex development cycles.

What you'll do

• Oversee the production of LiveOps initiatives, new features, and strategic roadmap goals.
• Transform product strategy into clear release schedules, milestones, and task dependencies.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams to ensure team alignment and accountability.
• Manage project risks, blockers, and scope adjustments with actionable mitigation plans.
• Lead release planning and launch readiness across Design, Engineering, QA, Analytics, and Product departments.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine production workflows and improve delivery predictability.
• Provide regular status updates and forecasts to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of production experience in software, games, or live-service environments.
• 3+ years in a Senior Producer or equivalent leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in shipping complex features from concept to live launch.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across different time zones.
• Strong background in risk management, dependency tracking, and operational planning.
• Deep knowledge of monetization, LiveOps, and player engagement mechanics.
• Proficiency in Jira for project tracking, reporting, and process optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience with collection RPGs, gacha systems, progression economies, or wrestling titles.
• Experience coordinating with distributed internal and external development partners.
• Background in managing production for mature live-service products or legacy codebases.

Practical notes

Annual salary range for candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA is $123,600 to $187,000 USD. Additional compensation includes equity and bonuses.
