What you'll do

• Design and implement features from front-end to back-end and infrastructure.
• Build complete features using various technologies and contribute to compute orchestration.
• Take ownership of technical systems vital for Scale's revenue.
• Develop and refine systems to handle millions of tasks weekly.
• Work with model teams, Forward Deployed Engineers, and other internal groups.
• Help shape the engineering culture and best practices of a rapidly expanding team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Proven history of developing and delivering products at scale.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with significant ownership.
• Strong product understanding and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience across the technology stack.
• Eagerness to join a hybrid team based in San Francisco or New York City.
