Head of Healthcare GTM at Scale AI.
About the role
We are seeking a senior leader to build and execute the go-to-market strategy for our Healthcare vertical. You will define how we deploy generative AI, data, and software solutions to major industry players while establishing a scalable sales and partnership playbook from the ground up.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Define and implement the GTM strategy, including pricing, messaging, and channel segmentation.
- Identify high-value use cases that address specific industry pain points and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the full sales cycle for large enterprise deals, including discovery, value mapping, and closing.
- Build executive relationships with C-suite stakeholders such as CIOs, CTOs, and COOs.
- Establish alliances with consulting firms, SIs, and technology vendors to drive co-sell and co-delivery opportunities.
- Partner with product, marketing, and delivery teams to align solution roadmaps with customer needs.
- Recruit and manage a growing team dedicated to the healthcare vertical.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, GTM, or strategy within the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals valued at $1M or more.
- Experience scaling a vertical practice at a SaaS, data, or AI company.
- Familiarity with AI, data, and digital transformation initiatives in healthcare.
- Ability to build and maintain an ecosystem of partners to expand market presence.
