About the role
Saviynt provides an AI-driven identity platform that governs access for human and non-human users across all business applications and data. As a Customer Success Manager, you will act as the primary advisor for enterprise clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our identity security solutions. You will manage the full lifecycle of the customer relationship, from post-implementation through renewal and expansion.

What you'll do
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients following their initial implementation.
- Oversee the subscription renewal process and monitor health metrics to remove obstacles to product adoption.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Organize technical and operational meetings between clients and internal teams to address roadblocks.
- Evaluate product usage patterns and provide data-driven insights to both the customer and our product organization.
- Coordinate with implementation partners to ensure consistent delivery and alignment.
- Lead educational sessions regarding new features, software releases, and identity management strategies.
- Represent the client perspective internally to influence product and engineering roadmaps.
- Work with the sales department during final deal stages to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in account management or customer success within an enterprise SaaS company.
- Experience managing Fortune 500 or Global 1000 accounts.
- Strong technical understanding of cloud, hybrid, and on-premises IT architectures.
- Ability to travel to client locations up to 50% of the time.
- Must reside in Canada.
- Capacity to complete mandatory annual training on privacy, security, and internal compliance policies.
