Technical Recruiter

About the role

Sardine is looking for a recruiter to lead technical hiring across the EMEA region. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for engineering, data, machine learning, and product teams while building out our hiring infrastructure in these markets.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Product across EMEA.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish job requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
• Execute sourcing, screening, and interviewing through direct outreach, social media, and professional networks.
• Manage the candidate journey from the first interaction through to final offer negotiations.
• Oversee offer management to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 3 years spent in a high-growth tech startup.
• Demonstrated background hiring technical talent within B2B SaaS organizations.
• Practical experience managing recruitment processes specifically within EMEA markets.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency in data-driven recruiting using ATS platforms (Ashby is preferred), Notion, and reporting tools.
• Experience working with international, diverse teams and navigating geographic hiring nuances.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the company.
