About the role
Sardine is seeking an AI-focused marketing operations specialist to establish an AI automation layer across all marketing teams. This role involves automating workflows and building the infrastructure to enhance velocity, volume, and reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive marketing operations expertise and proficiency with AI tools, having previously built end-to-end systems for high-growth B2B SaaS startups.

What you'll do
- Implement AI to automate workflows and scale marketing programs, improving velocity, surfacing insights, and increasing volume.
- Manage projects from start to finish: identify opportunities, map workflows, connect systems, build skills and workflows, and fine-tune for performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, BDR, and sales teams to develop and optimize workflows for lead scoring, lead routing, email campaigns, content production, webinars, and events.
- Create dashboards and reports to measure marketing ROI, including pipeline generation, attribution, campaign performance, and conversion rates.
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability across marketing systems through data piping, enrichment, regular audits, updates, and error correction.
- Develop internal playbooks and documentation for using AI tools and workflows.
- Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including Hubspot, Salesforce integrations, and other supporting tools.
- Stay current with marketing technology trends and identify opportunities to upgrade processes, increase productivity, improve efficiency, and drive results.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing operations at a B2B SaaS startup or a similar position.
- Practical experience applying AI to marketing functions, including using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), creating skills, and chaining agents.
- Strong proficiency with marketing tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Influ2, Clay, and ZoomInfo.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments where systems and processes are being developed from scratch.
