About the role
Sardine is building an agentic risk platform to combat financial crime through real-time fraud prevention and automated AML operations. We are looking for a dedicated representative to manage enterprise account strategy and drive growth across fintech, e-commerce, and high-risk sectors.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Execute outbound strategies to engage senior stakeholders at enterprise companies using social selling and personalized outreach.
- Manage the full prospecting lifecycle, including lead qualification and the transition of high-quality opportunities to a team of nearly 20 Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate data and account records within our sales tech stack.
- Coordinate meeting schedules for industry conferences and events, including occasional in-person attendance.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to refine outbound workflows and implement automation.
- Navigate complex sales cycles to secure meetings with key decision-makers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an enterprise BDR role, ideally within fraud, risk, compliance, consulting, or financial investment.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas through disciplined, process-driven outreach.
- Experience building multi-threaded relationships within large organizations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on long-term relationship building.
- Ability to travel for industry events and conferences (10% to 20% of the time).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
