As an Enterprise Sales Engineer, you will be a key technical advisor, guiding potential clients through the sales cycle. Your expertise will bridge customer needs with Sardine's capabilities, helping secure new business and drive revenue. You will also contribute valuable field insights to shape our product development.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Help Account Executives understand the fraud and compliance requirements of prospective clients.
- Create and present custom product demonstrations that highlight the benefits of Sardine's platform.
- Engage with security teams to explain our security framework and complete security assessments.
- Respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs) for competitive opportunities.
- Develop detailed solution designs tailored to client needs.
- Work with colleagues to improve sales engineering processes.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify product enhancements and help design solutions.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar role supporting enterprise clients.
- Background in the Risk, Fraud, or Compliance sectors.
- Demonstrated success working with large financial institutions, banks, or global enterprises.
- Experience with API-based products, a solid grasp of JSON, the ability to read and understand code, and familiarity with Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Go, or Java.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose technical problems and propose solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment with international clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of web development principles or the ability to build internal tools using Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Go, or Java.
