Senior Solution Architect

About the role

This position involves partnering with enterprise clients to ensure their successful adoption and utilization of Sanity's content platform. You will guide technical decision-making and facilitate collaboration between client teams to align strategic objectives with practical implementation.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Guide clients through customized onboarding processes tailored to their specific needs and backgrounds.
• Cultivate strong relationships with technical and product leaders at client organizations.
• Regularly engage with technical clients to showcase new features, address inquiries, and assist with implementation planning.
• Collaborate with account managers to identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts.
• Contribute to the sales cycle for new accounts by conducting technical workshops and developing proof-of-concept solutions.
• Produce and distribute resources that clarify concepts and expedite customer implementation.
• Create and update learning materials and guides for frequently encountered topics.
• Build and maintain reusable plugins for common integrations and development patterns.
• Act as a liaison, conveying client needs and requirements to the internal product team.
• Partner with Support Engineering to resolve complex customer issues and unblock specific scenarios.
• Assist marketing and product research teams by connecting with relevant customers and supporting event and webinar planning.

Requirements

• Reside in the United States or Canada.
• Possess 3 to 5 years of experience in software development.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in at least one of the following frameworks: React, Vue, Angular, or Astro.
• Have a foundational understanding of backend architecture and SaaS platform integrations.
• Experience with one of the following:
• Implementing headless CMS solutions.
• Implementing headless e-commerce solutions.
• Working as a Solution Engineer or Solution Architect for a developer-focused SaaS company.
• Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven track record of developing solutions collaboratively with customers.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving results.
• Demonstrate outstanding organizational and time management capabilities.
• Maintain a structured approach with meticulous attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a B2B customer-facing role, such as consulting or account management.
• Experience using Sanity in a production environment.
