What you'll do

• Create internal products for sales, revenue operations, customer solutions, and marketing to boost their efficiency and confidence.
• Develop full-stack applications, including APIs, backend services, data pipelines, and AI-driven workflows.
• Build tools to support lead generation, deal progression, customer growth, and overall go-to-market visibility.
• Implement AI-powered automations to reduce manual tasks and provide actionable insights for go-to-market teams.
• Establish reusable frameworks for building and extending AI-driven operational systems.
• Prioritize system reliability, data integrity, and secure access controls.
• Work with stakeholders to move projects from concept to deployment rapidly.
• Measure the impact of your work through adoption rates, time savings, and team feedback.
• Contribute to the architectural direction and best practices of the Systems Engineering team.

Requirements

• Proficient full-stack engineering skills with TypeScript, React, Node.js, APIs, and backend development.
• Experience building internal tools, workflow automation, data products, or AI applications.
• Strong understanding of go-to-market processes and the needs of sales, marketing, and customer operations teams.
• Ability to translate operational challenges into user-friendly tools and reliable workflows.
• Familiarity with AI concepts such as agents, prompt engineering, and automation.
• Commitment to data quality, governance, and building trustworthy systems.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and deliver technical solutions for loosely defined problems.
• Effective communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Engineering.
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, or customer success platforms.
• Experience building production AI/LLM workflows, including prompt design and API orchestration.
• Experience developing enablement systems or internal knowledge bases.
• Background in driving adoption and change management for internal tools.
