About the role
You own the end-to-end learning journey for Scale customers, designing and running cohort-based digital programs and live webinars that make complex operations platforms clear and actionable. In this remote role for US residents, you guide transportation, construction, and field services teams through structured experiences that drive safe, efficient, and sustainable outcomes. You thrive in constant dialogue, building relationships across customers and internal partners at Samsara to turn platform complexity into clarity. You will design engaging cohort learning journeys and one:many digital programs that help commercial and mid-market customers unlock value quickly. You orchestrate live webinar experiences and hands-on sessions, translating complex platform concepts into clear, practical workflows for drivers and operations teams. You champion cross-functional collaboration, working with product, engineering, and customer success to align training with evolving solution capabilities. You shape the structure of training materials for Equipment Monitoring and Vehicle Telematics, ensuring content remains practical and outcome-focused. You serve as a subject matter expert for Scale segment customers, influencing best practices and reinforcing trusted advisor relationships.

Guide customers through structured onboarding, emphasizing safety, efficiency, and sustainability in transportation and construction environments.
Adapt session delivery for field services and manufacturing contexts, making connected operations concepts accessible to diverse audiences.
Build a repeatable playbook for cohort-based learning that scales across regions and supports consistent customer outcomes.
Serve as a subject matter expert for Scale segment customers, influencing best practices and reinforcing trusted advisor relationships.
Develop assessment instruments and feedback loops to measure learning effectiveness and iterate on program quality over time.
Leverage data from learning management systems to identify trends, knowledge gaps, and opportunities for curriculum refinement.
Coordinate schedules and logistics for multi-session programs, ensuring a seamless experience for distributed teams and stakeholders.
Translate customer use cases into relatable training scenarios that demonstrate tangible outcomes from the Connected Operations Cloud.
Maintain a library of on-demand resources, enabling customers to reinforce skills and revisit key concepts at their point of need.
Act as an internal advocate for the Scale customer segment, surfacing insights that inform product direction and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
You must have three to five years of experience designing and delivering technical training for commercial customers.
You must hold eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship for this role.
You must be able to translate complex platform concepts into clear, step-by-step guidance for operations teams in the field.
You must be available to work remotely from within US time zones, with occasional scheduling for live sessions.
You must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills for virtual and in-person delivery.
You must have a proven track record of planning and executing cohort-based learning initiatives.
You must be comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
You must exhibit judgment and discretion when handling confidential customer and business information.

Experience with Video-Based Safety, Connected Operations Cloud, and Customer Workflows solutions.
