About the role

You will join the Route Execution team to develop systems for route planning, optimization, dispatching, and live tracking. This role focuses on building scalable backend services and intuitive interfaces that help logistics and field service fleets manage their daily operations.

What you'll do

• Build backend services to manage real-time tracking and execution for hundreds of thousands of routes.
• Develop web interfaces for fleet managers to coordinate deliveries and routes from a centralized dashboard.
• Create APIs and integrations for TMS and ERP systems processing millions of events daily.
• Engineer commercial navigation features that incorporate live traffic, weather, and hours of service data.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in architecting large-scale, high-performance systems.
• Strong coding fundamentals and the ability to manage technical projects from estimation to delivery.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must reside in the US or Canada.

Nice to have

• Background in dispatch, routing, or navigation software.
• Experience iterating on products based on direct customer feedback.
