About the role
You will join the Corporate Marketing group as a hands-on maker responsible for the end-to-end production of social-first content. This role focuses on creating and publishing short-form vertical video across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and X, while integrating AI tools to scale your output.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish social-native content with quick turnaround times.
- Capture field footage, including customer interviews and product highlights, using mobile and prosumer cameras.
- Apply platform-specific best practices regarding hooks, pacing, captions, and sound design.
- Develop and maintain social content series, building production playbooks for consistent execution.
- Utilize AI tools for scripting, storyboarding, editing, voiceover, and asset generation.
- Analyze performance metrics such as watch time, retention, and engagement to iterate on future content.
- Manage the social production calendar and coordinate approval workflows with stakeholders.
- Partner with internal teams and external creators to expand the brand presence.
- Travel to field locations as needed (up to 10%).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience producing social-first content, specifically short-form vertical video.
- A portfolio or reel showcasing work you personally produced and published.
- Proven ability to build and scale social series with measurable growth.
- Deep expertise in platform-native formats and trends for LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
- Hands-on proficiency with mobile/prosumer cameras and social-native editing tools like Capsule.
- Demonstrated active use of AI tools in a professional production workflow.
- Ability to interpret social data and apply findings to creative strategy.
- Must be based in San Francisco and available to work on-site a few days per week.
- Legal right to work in the United States.

- Experience with B2B or enterprise brand content.
- Background in B2B tech.
- Experience managing creator partnership programs.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Airtable.
- Proficiency in professional editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Willingness to appear on-camera.
