Sr. Product Marketing AI & Operations Manager

About the role

Samsara is hiring a senior professional to architect an AI-first operating system for the Product Marketing team. This role focuses on replacing manual workflows with automated infrastructure to improve team efficiency and launch execution.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Design and maintain a structured context layer for messaging, positioning, and ideal customer profiles that feeds AI tools to generate content.
• Build and manage an end-to-end operations system, including intake, ticketing, and tasking workflows.
• Redesign the company launch engine by partnering with stakeholders to automate release planning, tiering, and narrative development.
• Act as a force multiplier by identifying and executing on opportunities to improve team rituals and operational processes.
• Track complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams to ensure alignment across product, engineering, sales, and marketing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Product Ops, or Program Management.
• Deep, hands-on technical fluency in using AI to re-architect and automate multi-step workflows.
• Proven ability to build systems from scratch and navigate ambiguity without an existing roadmap.
• Strong track record of driving cross-functional alignment across different levels of seniority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree.

• Experience with new-product-introduction (NPI) processes, launch calendars, or tiering frameworks.
• Background in improving PMM team operations through shared rituals or programming.
• Strong marketing instincts for identifying effective messaging and content resonance.
