Senior Product Manager

About the role

You will lead product strategy for cost-optimization and energy-management solutions, helping large fleets reduce fuel consumption and transition to electric vehicles. This role involves turning telematics and operational data into high-impact tools that improve efficiency for the physical economy.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for fuel cost optimization, energy management, or operational cost intelligence.
• Conduct discovery with fleet owners, operations leaders, and finance teams to identify pain points.
• Create prototypes, clickable flows, and working demos to validate ideas with customers.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including backend pipelines, partner integrations, and user-facing dashboards.
• Establish success metrics and business cases to drive iterative development.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to ship features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a history of shipping products at scale.
• Proven ability to design and prototype features independently.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis, defining KPIs, and collaborating with data science teams.
• Strong communication skills for aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping products involving external data, integrations, or partnerships.
• Domain expertise in fleet management, fuel/energy, logistics, fintech/payments, or electric vehicles.
• Experience building AI or ML-powered features.
