What you'll do

• Manage and improve processes related to partner onboarding and ongoing engagement.
• Analyze partner performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner success and satisfaction.
• Support the development and execution of partner programs and initiatives.
• Assist in the creation of operational reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in operations, partner management, or a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Skills & tools

• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools.
