About the role
This player-coach position leads the GTM Experience, Transformations & Tools team, serving as the bridge between global sales operations and the systems that support them. You will manage a team of program and technical program managers while personally driving complex, cross-functional initiatives to improve sales processes and infrastructure.

What you'll do
- Hire, mentor, and develop a team of program and technical program managers.
- Manage the integrated Revenue Operations roadmap, including intake and prioritization for Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, billing, forecasting, and renewals.
- Partner with sales and cross-functional leadership to define project scope, business cases, and success metrics.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to user acceptance testing and change management.
- Establish and track program health metrics such as first-pass yield, approval SLAs, quoting success rates, and automation coverage.
- Lead complex, ambiguous initiatives by structuring problems and mobilizing cross-functional teams.
- Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to leadership at the AVP level and above.
- Integrate AI tools to improve documentation, requirements drafting, and analysis while maintaining responsible AI practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or Technical Program Management, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS.
- 2-3 years of formal people management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or Business.
- Proven track record of managing the delivery lifecycle for sales technology improvements.
- Technical proficiency in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ, specifically regarding pricing logic, product configuration, discount workflows, and quote templates.
- Functional knowledge of the lead-to-cash ecosystem, including CLM, renewals, billing, and forecasting.
- Experience leading cross-functional programs in matrixed environments.
Nice to have
- Experience as a Salesforce administrator or hands-on build experience.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma or product management practices.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Experience with B2B hardware and SaaS products.
- Background in capacity planning, operating-model design, or roadmap-prioritization frameworks.
- Experience supporting global sales organizations across multiple time zones.
