Sr. Knowledge Developer

This position focuses on advancing the knowledge framework within the Global Support organization by utilizing AI and modern content technologies. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to refine knowledge assets and manage content operations to improve support effectiveness.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Execute the content operations roadmap and manage individual project completion.
• Implement and maintain standards and processes for knowledge development.
• Support and lead various initiatives related to knowledge creation and maintenance.
• Track and report on KPIs to measure knowledge effectiveness and distribute findings.
• Identify and deploy upgrades to existing knowledge technology and internal processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience in technical documentation or knowledge management.
• 6+ years of experience in technical content development, including capturing, structuring, and maintaining information.
• Proven history working with ticketing systems and knowledge management platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to create AI-optimized content and build models for content generation.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Jira.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with Confluence, Tableau, and Zendesk or similar CRM tools.
• Experience managing projects specifically related to knowledge or content.
