Implementation Consultant

About the role

This role focuses on guiding new customers through the successful integration of Samsara's Connected Operations Cloud. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes by effectively deploying our solutions. This position involves close collaboration with various internal departments to provide a comprehensive customer experience.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Act as the main advisor for customers during their deployment of Samsara technology, helping them realize value quickly.
• Facilitate workshops to define and establish core business processes for clients.
• Support customers in managing organizational change, including communication strategies and training initiatives.
• Conduct training sessions, demonstrate Samsara's capabilities, and resolve challenges for both executive stakeholders and daily users.
• Manage multiple customer projects concurrently and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer journey.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in roles such as implementation consultant, project manager, or onboarding specialist, with prior experience in enterprise SaaS and hardware being beneficial.
• Proficient project management abilities with a capacity to adhere to established methodologies.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting or working with technical products.
• A solutions-driven approach with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Demonstrated consultative skills and experience with full system implementations.
• Proven ability to manage over 20 implementations or projects simultaneously.
• A history of building trust and communicating effectively with diverse groups, including executives, senior management, and end-users.
• Fluency in both English and German, spoken and written, is essential.

Nice to have

• Experience in driving change management initiatives.
• Familiarity with incorporating AI or automation into customer success workflows to boost productivity.
