GTM Contract Recruiter

Samsara is seeking a contract recruiter to support our sales organization by managing hiring for our sales and renewals teams. You will build talent pipelines and scale high-performing teams while operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Execute full-cycle recruiting strategies, including sourcing, referrals, and event-based outreach.
• Manage high-volume requisitions while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Act as a talent advisor to hiring leaders by facilitating interview debriefs and managing offer negotiations.
• Use data to identify search trends, address bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights.
• Coach hiring managers on inclusive interviewing practices and structured assessment processes.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and ensure high attention to detail in all documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven ability to build and scale candidate workflows.
• Demonstrated success in strategic sourcing.
• Experience managing stakeholders and setting clear expectations.
• Strong communication skills tailored to various audiences.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the technology sector.

Skills & tools

• Greenhouse or equivalent Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Practical notes

• This role is eligible for an initial RSU grant with no vesting cliff and ongoing performance-based refresh opportunities.
