What you'll do

• Cultivate relationships with senior leaders within key enterprise accounts.
• Manage the entire client engagement lifecycle, from initial outreach to deal closure.
• Execute a solution-oriented sales approach for complex sales cycles.
• Uphold and promote Samsara's core values in client interactions and team collaboration.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in a full-cycle sales role with a focus on closing deals.
• A consistent history of exceeding sales targets for complex accounts and deals valued at $100k+ in annual recurring revenue.
• Experience managing and closing enterprise-level deals and engaging with C-suite executives.
• A proactive approach to strategic outbound prospecting.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a capacity to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings on a monthly basis.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working with operational, financial, and IT stakeholders.
• Recognition for top sales performance, such as President's Club or similar awards.

Skills & tools

• Samsara's Connected Operations Cloud platform, including products like Video-Based Safety, Vehicle Telematics, Apps and Driver Workflows, and Equipment Monitoring.

• Annual on-target earnings range from $222,400 to $278,000 USD.
• This role requires the ability to secure and maintain legal authorization to work in the US.
