Key facts

What you'll do

• Become proficient in Samsara's product suite, including IoT hardware, sensors, and cloud-based software.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and support during sales cycles, including product demonstrations.
• Explain the installation and deployment process for Samsara devices.
• Educate customers on the technical capabilities of our APIs and assist with basic scripting in testing environments.
• Serve as a technical liaison between sales, product, and engineering teams, relaying customer feedback.
• Participate in customer beta programs and provide insights to product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing pre-sales or technical support role.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Foundational knowledge of electronics and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with at least one of the following: cloud software, networking principles, or automation and control systems.

• Hands-on experience with hardware devices, sensors, or vehicle systems.
