We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our team, focusing on the development of AI-driven solutions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects and collaborating closely with leadership to innovate within the AI space. You will play a key role in transforming traditional industries through advanced technology.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Design and implement production-ready AI features from initial concept to final deployment.
- Develop AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and intelligent workflows.
- Manage the entire technology stack, including frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and model integrations.
- Establish evaluation frameworks, telemetry, and feedback mechanisms for AI products.
- Experiment with emerging AI technologies and integrate them into practical applications.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years in software engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in developing full-stack applications for production environments.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python.
- Practical knowledge of large language models (LLMs), including those from OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source alternatives.
- Experience in creating AI products that utilize agents, RAG, structured outputs, and evaluation frameworks.
- Strong product-oriented mindset, capable of balancing technical and business considerations.
Nice to have
- Contributions to open-source projects, personal side projects, or experience in startups.
- Previous work on AI products that have active user engagement.
Skills & tools
- TypeScript, Python, AI technologies, LLMs, API development, database management, frontend and backend frameworks.
