About the role

Salesforce is looking for a product leader to drive the development of agentic B2B marketing automation tools. You will define the future of how AI agents integrate into marketing workflows on the Salesforce platform.

What you'll do

• Create and execute the product roadmap for agentic B2B marketing automation.
• Collaborate with engineering, research, support, and sales departments to define requirements and deliver tools that satisfy customer needs.
• Coordinate across internal teams to manage dependencies and ensure a unified product vision.
• Prioritize feature development and manage the product backlog.
• Promote new functionality to drive internal and external adoption.
• Monitor tool performance and analyze impact on customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in product management.
• Proven background in B2B marketing automation.
• A related technical degree.
• Proficiency in presenting complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate diverse functional teams.
• Strong understanding of AI and agentic technology and its application to marketing.

Practical notes

• In-office attendance is required 36 days per quarter.
• Base salary range: $197,300 - $313,700 annually.
• Base salary range for NYC metro area: $237,700 - $344,700 annually.
• Compensation excludes bonuses, equity, and benefits.
