Co-founded and lead engineering for Webyalaya, a peer-to-peer learning platform incubated at IIM Lucknow, built on three core pillars — Human (community-driven teaching and learning), AI (adaptive, device-aware learning enhancements across laptop, mobile, and tablet), and Blockchain (decentralized governance so users, not a few gatekeepers, shape platform rules). Set the technical vision and architected the full production stack: Next. js on Vercel, AWS ECS with Fargate and Docker for containerized services, Azure Postgre SQL Flexible Server for persistence, Azure VMs with Live Kit for real-time video learning, AWS S3 and Lightsail for media and auxiliary workloads, with Cloudflare as the DNS/CDN edge and Git Hub Actions for CI/CD.

Built and lead a cross-functional engineering team — running hiring campaigns (Dev Ops internship drives across LinkedIn, Instagram, Jot Form), structured intern orientation (Canva-based stack onboarding decks emphasizing deep comprehension over speed), and agile delivery via Azure Dev Ops (epics, features, user stories, story points). Established the professional infrastructure backbone — Microsoft 365 email via Azure startup credits and Startup India recognition, Amazon SES production access for transactional mail, and a multi-cloud cost-optimization strategy balancing AWS and Azure footprints.

Drove the product’s AI and decentralization roadmap, evaluating how conversational agents, RAG-based discovery, and on-chain governance primitives can increase learner engagement and trust on the platform.

Developed and maintained full-stack Java Script applications for SDLC analytics, enabling real-time lifecycle tracking and cross-team reporting. Architected and automated complex ETL workflows in Python to ensure efficient data processing and migration, improving pipeline reliability and throughput. Designed and deployed an AI-driven CI/CD agent leveraging Lang Graph, automating build, test, and deployment workflows to accelerate delivery cycles.

Led prompt and context engineering efforts to optimize AI agent performance, enhancing code generation accuracy and reducing errors. Utilized Claude code and Cursor IDE to streamline automated code generation and debugging, boosting developer productivity and integration quality.

Pure Foods Delhi. com — Architected and deployed a serverless, event-driven logistics platform on AWS serving 50+ food brands and managing 500+ products. Automated end-to-end operations including SKU management, inventory tracking, agent dashboards, and marketing campaigns, eliminating manual processes. ASBDesign. in — Engineered a gamified, mobile-first design-education platform featuring AI-driven adaptive curriculum and competitive leaderboards, engaging 5,000+ learners. Implemented a multilingual job search system using Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) with conversational chat interface, driving a 30% increase in job application submissions and achieving a 70% course completion rate. Coins Live. org — Developed a comprehensive blockchain education dApp with NFT-based certification system, growing to 3,000+ registered users with 450+ active community members. Subsequently rebuilt it as React-based community platform, boosting engagement metrics by 250% and content consumption by 85%.

Vedic Meet — Architected a high-performance video streaming pipeline using AWS Lambda, FFmpeg, and S3, reducing latency by 45% and cutting operating costs by 30%. Rebuilt the iOS app from scratch with React Native, achieving a 50% faster load times. LesGo — Designed and implemented a Django-based social campaign management system for a decentralized loyalty platform, supporting capped promotions and real-time engagement analytics. Enabled significant uplift in promotional redemptions and tracked a lot of user interactions monthly. EiLearn (ETHGlobal Hackathon, Team of 4) — Co-developed an AI-powered Web3 trading education platform within a 48-hour sprint, featuring decentralized testnet trading game mechanics, AI-driven trading advisors, and on-chain smart contract validation.

Integrated Eigen Layer AVS for multi-signature fraud detection and blockchain oracles for real-time market data. Dungeon Verse (Shape Craft Hackathon Finalist, Team of 2) — Architected a decentralized dungeon-crawler builder on the Shape network, enabling users to design, share, and explore custom dungeons. Implemented an intuitive builder UI, cross-platform web and mobile gameplay, and an on-chain asset directory. Secured a Top-3 finish. Competed in 15+ global Web3 hackathons (ETHGlobal, Shape Craft, Aptos, NEAR, Sonic, Hathora), developing 20+ proof-of-concept blockchain solutions under 48-hour sprints and securing Top 5 finishes in 6 events.

Designed and implemented the backend architecture for a Spring Boot–powered carpooling app with Mongo DB, Neo4j, and Postgre SQL, matching 10,000+ riders by location, timing, and preferences and reducing average wait time by 25%. Spearheaded development of a civic issue reporting platform using Angular, Spring Boot, and Postgre SQL, enabling citizens to file and track 5,000+ municipal requests monthly with real-time map-based status updates and automated workflow routing.

Engineered and maintained CI/CD pipelines with Git Lab CI and Docker, cutting release cycle times by 60% and ensuring zero-downtime deployments for critical services.
