Join Ruby Labs as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and help build our expanding team. You will partner with hiring managers across various departments to find and attract top talent globally. This role is for someone who can independently drive recruitment strategies and has a history of sourcing high-quality candidates.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage the entire hiring process, from reviewing applications to conducting interviews and tracking candidates.
- Find qualified candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
- Maintain and improve the Applicant Tracking System for accurate records and efficient hiring.
- Provide clear and timely feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and offer strategic recruitment support.
- Suggest improvements to recruitment processes and procedures for better efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced tech company.
- Experience with popular ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open positions at once.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with candidates and internal teams.
- A proactive approach to sourcing and building candidate pipelines.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.

Practical notes
- This is a remote position, but applicants should be located within approximately +/- 4 hours of Central European Time (CET) for optimal collaboration.
